Message	the buyer knows there's a lein on the title still, and they still want it, they'll have to be willing to make some exceptions sometimes and work around somethings (write your own bill of sale, binding contract or whatever as posted above). if they want everything straight up and are that weary about things, they should just keep shopping around at lots...
